We are delighted to announce that our spring fundraising campaign raised nearly $110,000. We can now provide scholarships to an additional 500 girls through our special fund for the Çağdaş Yaşamı Destekleme Derneği.   Thank you for your generous contributions!

The fund-raising campaign and May 15 musical celebration were the visions of Nurdan Çivi, a dear friend of the Turkish Educational Foundation (TEF) and passionate education advocate.  Nurdan contacted us late last year with her ideas. She then worked selflessly for months, reaching out to the Bay Area organizations, sponsors, philanthropists, and individual donors like you. You responded enthusiastically and we exceeded our goals.
